How does payment work for the Private Tour?
Once you're happy with the route designed for your group, a 30% deposit is required upfront. On the day of the tour, you pay the remaining balance at the end of the experience.

Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking — however, the deposit is non-refundable.
What happens in extreme weather?
We run the tour in most conditions, including light rain — we're in Norway, after all. In truly extreme cases, we'll reach out to let you know about any changes to the itinerary.
